Our team’s mission and purpose is to offer student-anglers the opportunity to learn leadership, problem solving and public speaking skills, promote environmental awareness and responsibility, and teach young people the fun of fishing. Being part of a team offers students the opportunity to enjoy the camaraderie that goes along with it. The Three Rivers Wildcats Bass Fishing Club is a member of the Bass Federation Student Angler Federation (national), the Michigan Bass Federation, and the Michigan Youth Bass Fishing Association.

With over 60 active youth anglers, our team relies exclusively on local businesses, community sponsorships, and fundraising activities. Financial support from these sources allows us to provide student-anglers with quality gear, help off-set the cost to volunteer boat captains, pay for lodging at state and national tournament locations, cover angler membership fees for those unable to afford it, and provide prizes at local team competitions.
